Initial Consultation

Are you unsure of what your horse really needs?  Perhaps a month of training?  Maybe a bit longer?  Would it benefit you to put your horse in training before you try to sell him?  Let Daniel help you with these decisions.

During this initial consultation, Daniel will listen to your concerns and your goals, observe and work with your horse.  He will be able to give you his honest, professional opinion about what your horse needs and what he can provide.  During this consultation, Daniel will discuss training options for your "equine friend".

The initial consultation may be at your farm or at Cross View Farm.

Consultation Fee:  $50.00 an hour (plus travel expenses if applicable)

The consultation fee will be applied to the first month of training for horses sent to DHPH within 2 months of the initial consultation.

Our Training Programs

When you place your horse in DHPH's training program, you can rest assured that your horse will get the best care possible.  At DHPH, we accept all breeds and disciplines at all levels.  We specialize in reining training and use many of the same resistance free training techniques for all disciplines.

Every program is tailored to the horse and rider's individual needs and goals.  Daniel takes great pride in his ability to listen to his clients and meet or even exceed their goals and desired outcomes.  If you are serious about showing, Daniel will design a program with your goals in mind.  If you want to be able to safely take your horse out on a trail ride, Daniel will design a plan for your horse as well.  No matter what your goals or what involvement (if any) you would like to have in your equine friend's training, Daniel is the one to call!
